How they're made: Using a combination of heat and pressure we stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs. We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it.

This hat features a versatile one-size design that fits most head sizes between 6 5/8" and 7 5/8". It combines a breathable mesh back with a convenient snapback closure for adjustable comfort. Made from a durable blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, the 6-panel mid-profile structure offers a comfortable 3-1/2" crown for stylish everyday wear.
