At Main Street Threads, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time 

• All items (except for pre-orders and custom items) will be processed and shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of your order date.  
• Pre-orders and custom items may have longer processing times. These will be specified in the product description.

Shipping Confirmation  

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track your package at https://www.usps.com

Delivery Issues

• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for assistance.
• Main Street Threads cannot be held responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS.
